Sleep Trials
At the Sleep Shop we offer mattresses that include a  complimentary sleep trial lasting a minimum of 60 nights. These sleep trials  vary in length but terms and conditions for each comfort trial type are the  same, differing only in trial length. There are more details below:
How our comfort trials operate: 
 Upon your mattress's arrival at your home, the comfort trial  activates. For the trial's duration, use a mattress protector to ensure safety  in case of an exchange request. We ask that you to sleep on the mattress for at  least 30 nights before contacting us to arrange an exchange, as new mattresses  may require an adjustment period. If you don't find the mattress suitable  within your trial, inform us before it concludes. We'll then exchange your  current mattress for the one of your choice. Before collecting your mattress  and delivering the new one, we'll provide a mattress bag either prior to  delivery or on exchange using our 2-man delivery teams. Please, if required  package your mattress for collection, avoiding attempts to re-roll if it's a  rolled mattress. Ensure the mattress is ready for collection on the day of your  new delivery.
Terms and conditions: 
 • One mattress exchange is allowed per ordered  mattress, limited to an alternative model of the same size. 
 • Only the original purchaser can request an  exchange under the respective sleep trial, with proof of purchase required.
 •  All  trials are only applicable to mattresses that remain within the UK. 
 • Choose a replacement from our website, aiming to  exchange within the same brand whenever possible. 
 • If the chosen replacement is pricier than the  original, we'll request payment of the price difference by credit or debit card  over the phone. 
 • For replacements priced lower than the original,  we cannot refund the difference. However, if the replacement is similar in cost  but up to £100 cheaper, we'll provide the difference by way of a credit to be  used against another purchase.
 • Original packaging removal is allowed, but the  mattress must be returned in a clean, presentable condition. 
 • Sleep trials do not apply if a mattress  protector isn't used, if the mattress is misused, damaged, repaired, altered,  neglected, or shows wear and tear. 
 • It's your responsibility to contact us to claim  your sleep trial and arrange the exchange.
 • Collection and delivery times depend on the  availability of your chosen new mattress. If it is stock, delivery can be  within a few days; otherwise, we'll wait for restocking before delivery.
